We will dispatch your items to you as fast as possible. On standard products, estimated delivery times range from 3-5 days, to 10-14 days. Made to order products can have significantly longer lead times

Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. Specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order. 

On the rare occasion the rug, cushion or faux fur throw that you have purchased is out of stock, we would require a 28 day window for delivery in which we would inform you immediately via email or phone call. Unfortunately, we do not allow any extra compensation for late delivery of goods.
